During my Christmas holiday, I had a great time exploring the surroundings of the hotel. the hotel's location was perfect to visit different cities, not to mention the ski bus stopping right outside the hotel. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. I enjoyed the diverse breakfast and the football table was a hit with kids.
The hotel rooms were a bit small and some in need of renovation. the temperature of the hotel was low, and we had to ask for heating in our room.

The hotel is situated close to the ski lifts and had a boot warmer and ski racks. the staff were friendly and the food was good value. the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed with fresh linens.
The room was too hot at times, and the lack of soundproofing made it noisy due to traffic on the nearby road.

Beautifully situated among the Dolomites. Comfortable room with everything you need. Amazing staff, very helpful. Good breakfast, abundant evening meals. Boot warmer and ski racks available. Super friendly staff. Excellent dinner. Convenient tavern/bar area.

The location of the hotel is perfect for a Christmas vacation, with various skiing spots nearby. The breakfast offered was diverse and delicious, including fresh pastries and hot coffee. The hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. , the rooms were very cozy and clean, providing a comfortable stay during the holidays.
The rooms were quite noisy due to the proximity to the street, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the shower pressure was weak, and the beds lacked the necessary comfort for a good night's rest.

During my stay, I found the hotel to have excellent staff who were always available to help. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, especially the rooms. I particularly enjoyed the diverse breakfast spread. Additionally, the location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions such as beautiful lakes and ski lifts. Lastly, parking and transportation were very convenient.
Nothing that I didn't like.
